Ennio Armato is the Branch Manager of the Italian location of IFF International Institute for Field Research. He’s the beating heart of the company, the binding force between the three companies (Germany, UK, and Italy) that have been working in the CATI international field for 30 years. Since he became the founder and responsible for the Italian field, he actively and strategically participated in the creation of the UK field and, in the meanwhile, he set two main goals, which became the backbone of the company value: grow and train native callers, specializing them, looking at the multi-country field. The Palermo CATI Centre has 120 workstations, about 500 interviewers and it works in more than 75 countries. With technology updates and location renovation, Ennio constantly enhances the comfort for interviewers and staff and the performance of the service offered. From being an interviewer till becoming a manager, he helped strengthen the IFF International core business and, since 2016 he works on Cube Survey, an innovative Market Research start-up, where the digital tools and the social media are the main characters.
